Question #39163: Infected MP3 file.

Initial Problem:

During scanning computer for viruses with Kaspersky Antivirus infected MP3 file was detected. The message stated:

Tojan program: Tojan-Downloader.WMA.Wimad.r
File contains trojan program and cannot be Deleted: Objet is not found

Troubleshooting process:

Using standard Search utility customer found problem file.

The first suggestion was to remove file manually. But user was still getting the error message.

The next suggestion was to clean Windows Temporary Files and Internet Explorer Cache.

User deleted Temporary files, rebooted PC and then he was able to delete infected MP3 file.

Solution:

Clean Windows Temporary Files and Internet Explorer Cache, then reboot the computer.
