Using Quick Launch bar simplify the way everyone gets access to frequently used applications, but putting to many items in this area can increase the time needed to find appropriate icon among all, especially, if these icons are pretty similar. Most likely, you will want to enlarge these icons for more convenient work.

Here is the simple approach how to do that:

Important: make sure Quick Launch Toolbar is enabled: Right click on taskbar > Toolbars > select 'Quick Launch'.

1. Right click on the taskbar and uncheck 'Lock the Taskbar' option.

2. Then right click on Quick Launch empty area and go to 'View' > choose 'Large Icons'.
